Warren Prescott School / May 2023: In May, we are meeting with kids from Charlestown's Warren Prescott School
to make environmental art! But anyone can join in the fun by submitting their own creations.

Calling All Artists! Did you know that nature doesn’t just exist in wild places, like forests, jungles or the North Pole? It’s true -- there are living things working hard to survive and thrive right outside your window. Following are some art activities that will help you identify and share living things near you

Sidewalk Art
Decorate your sidewalk or playground with chalk pictures of living
things in your neighborhood. From a robin outside your window
to your favorite tree and the beetles that live there, we want
to see it! Or draw living things that you
know live nearby in parks, sidewalks,
trees, bushes, ponds, rivers or oceans.

Draw or Paint It
Or sketch, draw or paint your favorite tree, insect or animal!
